• Not approved for medical, therapeutic, cosmetic, diagnostic, or veterinary use
• Not intended to be consumed, injected, inhaled, implanted, absorbed, or applied to any human or animal

Any such use is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

The Buyer agrees that the peptides will not be:

• Ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted, or applied to any human or animal
• Used as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, therapies, or performance enhancers

Buyer Representations

Assumption of Risk

Release of Liability

Indemnification

The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Velocity Peptides LLC from any claims, fines, penalties, damages, losses, attorney fees, or actions arising out of:

• Violations of this Waiver
• Violations of federal, state, or local law
• Any third-party actions connected to the Buyer’s use or possession of peptides

This obligation continues even after the purchase is completed.

Warranty Disclaimer

Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.

Severability
